Modern
hospitality
in the ancient
heart of the city

Amid the dense tangle of baroque Roman streets,

just a short distance from Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza Navona and the many marvelous sights of the capital, rests the B&B “All’Orologio” (at the clock).

Housed in a 17th century building, this particular family run B&B is located just steps away from the “clocktower” of the Borromini family, from which the piazza found in front of it takes its name.

The B&B is suitable for families, couples and business travellers; its design is simple yet comfortable, ideal for the traveller who wants to be in the vibrant heart of Rome, while remaining far from the chaos of the city.

Retiring and quiet, the B&B “All’Orologio” guarantees tranquility and at the same time, offers the possibility to walk to the best boutiques, pubs, restaurants and public spaces Rome has to offer.

The helpfulness and discretion of the owner puts guests at their ease, and she can also suggest many ways to better enjoy your vacation.

Many guests have left comments in the guestbook at the end of their stay...

The B&B can also offer “guided walks” (by reservation) which are nothing like the traditional “guided visit” but are actual art history lessons in the presence of the monuments and historic sites of the city, chosen for the significance they have had in the historic and artistic past of the Western world.

The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The interiors are always “in progress”, to suit the needs of contemporary travellers; yet, the atmosphere remains that of a typical Roman Palazzo. A collection of books on the history of Rome is available to the guests.

Every room has a private bathroom with shower; air conditioning; free wireless connection and soundproofed windows.

The breakfast room is located on the first floor and is decorated with essential furniture in soft colours, objects of Italian design and a collection of photographs.

Continental breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30am, offering tea, coffee with milk, croissants, jam and homemade cakes.
